Meet Miles Shebar. Miles pretty much stuck by my side for the entirety of my HCHS visit. He was asking questions the entire time. He was telling me about blogs he was starting, computers he was building, and films he was making. And he’s only 14. It was just hilariously obvious to me that this kid is going to be very famous one day. At one point, I was telling him about how a few of my captions resulted in a lot of angry mail.
“I know what you mean,” he said, “I once mispronounced the spell in a Harry Potter video I made, and boy did I hear about it!”

Spicy Shrimp Sandwich with Chipotle Avocado Mayonnaise
Serves 2
You will need:
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 pound medium shrimp (about 20 shrimp) peeled and deveined
1 avocado, pitted and diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 chipotle pepper
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 french rolls
4 romaine lettuce leaves
Combine cumin, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, chili powder and olive oil together in a bowl. Place shrimp in the bowl and toss to coat.
Combine avocado, mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, lime juice and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Place shrimp in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Toast rolls, if desired. Spread chipotle avocado mayonnaise on the roll. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom half of the roll and place 10 shrimp on each sandwich.
Serve.

On May 21, the Emmy winner and Golden Globe nominee braved the high seas to catch a high-flying performance of nine-time Tony nominee Peter and the Starcatcher starring Celia Keenan-Bolger and Adam Chanler-Berat. After the curtain came down, Harris, The Lyons’ Kate Jennings Grant and three-time Tony nominee Sandy Duncan (an alum of Peter Pan!) voyaged backstage at the Brooks Atkinson Theater to meet the cast and crew, including co-director Alex Timbers and playwright Rick Elice.
